1. Introduction
The owner of the online store karineparras.com (hereinafter Web Store) is TRILLIANTS OÜ (registry code 10810177), seated at Suur-Karja 2, Tallinn, Estonia, email info@karineparras.com.
2. Terms of sales contract and information about goods and prices
The terms and conditions of sale apply to purchasing goods from the Web Store.
The prices of the products sold in the Web Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee shall be added to the price. All prices include VAT 20%.
The delivery fee depends on the delivery method chosen by the purchaser. The delivery fee is displayed to the purchaser when the order is placed.
The information about the goods is specified in the Web Store immediately next to the goods.
3. Placing an order
To place an order, the desired goods should be added to the shopping basket.
Upon opening the shopping cart, the products you have selected and the total sum will be displayed on the screen. If desired, the quantity of products may be changed or products removed.
When all products have been selected, the button “CHECK OUT NOW” must be pressed.
To place the order, all of the required data fields must be filled in and a suitable means of delivery of the products chosen. The contract shall come into force after the amount due has been credited to the bank account of the Web Store.
If the goods ordered cannot be delivered because they are out of stock or for any other reason, the purchaser shall be advised accordingly as soon as possible and the amount paid (including the delivery fee) shall be refunded promptly but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the notification.
4. Payment
When the payment centre has been selected, it is possible to use the following methods of payment:
- bank links
- Mastercard and Visa credit card
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
Payment for goods takes place in EUR.
If bank transfer is selected, then once the order is approved, instructions for payment will be displayed. Instructions will also be sent to the email address entered by the purchaser on the order. After the bank transfer is received, the goods will be mailed based on the means of delivery selected by the purchaser.
TRILLIANTS OÜ is the controller for the purposes of processing of personal data, and TRIILIANTS OÜ forwards the personal data needed to execute payments to the processor, Montonio Finance UAB.
5. Delivery
Goods are dispatched to all European Union countries.
karineparras.com uses UPS courier services to deliver the goods to the buyer.
The shipping costs shall be covered by the purchaser and the relevant price details will be shown next to the shipping method.
Inside Estonia, parcels will normally arrive at the location specified by the purchaser within 3 to 14 working days of entry into force of the sales contract, depending on the product selection. Outside Estonia, parcels will normally arrive at the location specified by the purchaser within 7 to 21 working days of entry into force of the sales contract, depending on the product selection. In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within a time frame of up to 30 calendar days.
6. Right of withdrawal
Once the order has been received, the purchaser has 14 days to withdraw from the agreement entered into in the Web Store.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to discounted products.
The product being returned must include all received elements.
To return the goods, the purchaser must submit a declaration of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods and send it to the e-mail address info@karineparras.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The costs of returning the goods shall be covered by the purchaser unless the reason for return is the fact that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (an incorrect or faulty item).
The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the application or produce proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within the said period.
Having received the goods that are being returned, the Web Store shall promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the application for withdrawal, refund to the purchaser all amounts received from the purchaser under the contract.
The Web Store may refuse to provide a refund until it receives back the item that is the object of the contract or until the purchaser produces proof that the item has been sent back, whichever happens first.
The Web Store may refuse to refund an amount if the purchaser has caused a defect in the product.
If the purchaser has explicitly chosen a method of delivery different from most inexpensive normal method of delivery offered by the Web Store, the Web Store is not obliged to refund to the consumer the amount exceeding the cost of normal delivery.
The Web Store has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and demand that the goods be returned by the purchaser if the marked price of the goods in the Web Store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.
7. Right to lodge a complaint
The Web Store is responsible for non-compliance of goods sold to a purchaser with the terms and conditions of the contract and for deficiencies which already existed at the time of delivery. If a defect is discovered, the purchaser has the right to contact the Web Store within 14 days by sending an email at to info@karineparras.com. The Web Store is not liable for any defects arising after the delivery of the goods to the purchaser. If the goods bought at the Web Store have defects for which the Web Store is liable, the Web Store shall repair or replace the defective goods.
If the goods cannot be fixed or replaced, the Web Store shall refund all fees incurred under the sales contract to the purchaser. The Web Store shall respond to the purchaser’s complaint within 7 days in a written format or in a format which can be reproduced in writing.
8. Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The Web Store shall use the personal data entered by the purchaser (including the purchaser’s name, telephone number, address, email address, and bank details) only for processing the order and sending the goods to the purchaser. The Web Store shall forward the personal data to the company providing transport service in order for the goods to be delivered.
The Web Store shall send the purchaser newsletters and offers to the purchaser’s email address only if the purchaser has expressed such a wish by entering their email address on the website and has consented to receive direct marketing messages.
The purchaser can always decline future offers and newsletters sent by email by informing us by email or by following the instructions contained in emails with marketing offers.
9. Resolution of disputes
If the purchaser has complaints regarding the Web Store, they are to be sent by email to info@karineparras.com or submitted by calling +372 56004244.
If the purchaser and the Web Store fail to settle a dispute by reaching an agreement, the purchaser has the right to seek assistance from the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract entered into between the purchaser and the Web Store.
The Buyer’s complaints shall be reviewed by the Committee free of charge. The purchaser may use the EU’s Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform.
