Shipping and Handling
Shipment of your order will occur within 7 business days from when the order was placed. If your item is on backorder, shipment will occur approximately 2 to 4 weeks from when the order was placed. Once a shipping date is confirmed your package will be shipped overnight priority with a signature required. Prior to shipping your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number. Please use this to arrange to be present for delivery in order to provide a signature upon receipt. We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer responsible.
Items purchased online are eligible for a full refund within 10 days of purchase. All items must be returned timely, in sellable condition, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsellable. Altered products and special orders cannot be returned for exchange or refund. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact email@example.com. You will receive a return authorization and shipping label, as we provide free return and exchange shipping.
